Purchases are handled directly by our team. Prices are indicative and the conditions of each voucher are confirmed when it is prepared.

1. Validity

The gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue, unless another date is expressly stated on the voucher.
Once the expiry date has passed, the voucher is no longer valid and cannot be used or refunded.

2. Bookings

Use of the voucher is subject to the hotel's availability on the requested dates.
Bookings must be made in advance, stating at the time of booking that you wish to use a gift voucher.

3. Excluded dates

The voucher cannot be used on national bank holiday weekends, Easter, Christmas, New Year's Eve or other high-occupancy dates or special events set by the hotel.

4. Use of the voucher

The voucher can only be used for the services stated on it.
If the booking amount exceeds the value of the voucher, the customer must pay the difference.
The voucher must be used in a single use and cannot be split, unless expressly authorised by the hotel.

5. Personal use

Unless the voucher is issued in a specific name, it may be used by anyone who presents it.
The voucher must be presented, in physical or digital format, when enjoying the experience.

6. Loss or theft

The hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of the voucher once it has been delivered.

7. Cancellations and changes

Bookings made with a gift voucher are subject to the hotel's current cancellation policy.
In the event of a cancellation outside the established period or a no-show, the voucher will be considered used.
