1. Personal Data Processing

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), users are informed that the personal data provided in the booking process will be processed by Casa Treviño Boutique Hotel S.L., with registered office at Calle Soledad, 16, 13610, Campo de Criptana (Ciudad Real), Spain and contact email [email protected], as Data Controller.

The purpose of the processing is the management of accommodation reservations, including the processing of requests, confirmation of reservations, customer service and administrative control. Likewise, the data may be used to comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations arising from the contractual relationship.

Personal data will be kept for the time necessary to fulfill said purposes or while there is any legal obligation arising from the processing.

The booking engine used is Cloudbeds, which acts as data processor, guaranteeing compliance with European data protection regulations. You can consult their privacy policy at https://www.cloudbeds.com/privacy-policy/.

The banking details provided will be used solely as a guarantee for the reservation and, where applicable, to apply cancellation conditions or penalties for non-arrival (“no show”), according to the conditions of the selected rate.

The user may exercise at any time their rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability by written request accompanied by a copy of their identity document, sent by email to [email protected] or by postal mail to the address of the controller.

2. Accuracy of Data

The user will be responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided. Casa Treviño Boutique Hotel S.L. reserves the right to exclude from registered services users who have provided false data, without prejudice to any legal actions that may be applicable.

In the event of providing personal data of third parties (for example, companions or additional guests), the user declares to have their consent and undertakes to inform them of the content of this privacy policy.

3. Use of Cookies

Currently, Casa Treviño Boutique Hotel S.L. does not use its own or third-party cookies for analytical, advertising or remarketing purposes. In the event that they are implemented in the future, the user will be duly informed in accordance with applicable regulations and prior consent will be requested.

4. Hotel Responsibility and Booking Conditions

Access to this website does not in any case imply the existence of a commercial relationship between the user and the hotel, beyond the management of the reservation.

When making a reservation, the user confirms that:

  • They are of legal age and have full legal capacity to make the reservation, declaring that they understand and accept these conditions.
  • The data provided is truthful and complete.
  • The reservation made corresponds to the dates, number of people and type of accommodation selected.
  • Prices include VAT and the services specified in the chosen rate.
  • Services not included (transfers, minibar, laundry, parking, etc.) will be paid directly at the hotel.
  • Payment for the stay will be made at the hotel, unless otherwise indicated or penalty for late cancellation or non-arrival.
  • Rooms will be available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival (check-in) and must be vacated before 12:00 PM on the day of departure (check-out).

5. Personal Documentation

All guests must present a valid identity document (ID card, NIE or passport) at the time of registration. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians or have proper authorization.
